주변광과 점유 시간을 측정하는 센서들은 카렐이나 타사 전기 컨트롤러들의 조합을 통해 사용됩니다. 이러한 센서들은 전기 부하, 전력 소비의 합리화를 위한 지능적 관리가 가능하도록 하고 이로 인해 에너지를 절약할 수 있게 됩니다.
실내 및 실외 설치에 적합한 조명과 기존 감지기가 결합된 센서 DPWA 시리즈는 사람의 존재뿐만 아니라 동작과 조명의 세기를 감지하는 장치이고 이는 환경 조건 인식에 사용됩니다.
조명의 세기를 위한 출력 신호는 4...20 mA이고 동작 감지를 위해 출력을 변환(SPDT로의 접촉 변환)합니다. 이러한 결합 탐지기들은 사용되지 않는 공간의 온도 하강을 위한 동작 감지기와 같이 공간 기능 제어에 따라 조건과 동작의 관찰이나 인식을 위한 장치가 필요한 곳에 설치됩니다.
