휴미스팀 베이직(Y)은 민간 환경, 사무실, 병원, 산업 설비에서의 설치에 적합하고 공간(증기 송풍기 사용)과 공기 덕트(선형 증기 분배기 사용)모두에 설치가 가능하도록 설계되었습니다.
휴미스팀 베이직은 증기 생산이 외부 신호(BMS, 습도 조절기)에 의해 제어되고 1.5 ~ 65 kg/h로 나타나는 곳에 이상적인 애플리케이션입니다.
증기 생산은 다음 모드로 관리됩니다:- ON/OFF 모드: 단순한 접촉(예, 습도 조절기)으로 증기 생산을 시작/정치 합니다.
- 비례적 모드: 가습기는 항상 20%에서 최대 용량 100% 사이인 외부 컨트롤러에 의해 만들어진 신호(0-10 V, 2-10 V, 0-20 mA, 4-20 mA)에 따라 정확히 비례적인 증기량을 생산합니다.
- 비례 모드: 설정 포인트 및 습도 프로브 판독값 기준.
"Y"형 가습기는 운영 조건과 모든 진단 정보를 매우 명확하고 직관적으로 보여주는 숫자와 아이콘들이 표시되는 디스플레이가 탑재됩니다.
또한, 이들은 원격 설정과 BMS를 통한 제어를 위해 모드버스 프로토콜이 사용된 RS485 인터페이스입니다.-
제품 특징
- AFS 시스템(거품 방지 시스템): 증기에 의해 발생되는 수분 입자의 방지를 위해 거품을 감지합니다;
- 아연 도금된 전극과 스케일 방지 필터가 하부에 장착된 실린더, 개방형 실린더 제공 가능;
- 20%에서 최고 등급까지의 지속적인 조절을 통한 증기 생산;
- 실린더 사용 기간 중 지속적인 성능 유지를 통해 에너지 효율성과 유지 관리 비용의 최적화를 위한 내장형 전도 센서와 제어 소프트웨어.
